Depending on your country of citizenship, you may require a visa to enter the United States. Obtaining a U.S. visa is a lengthy process. You are strongly encouraged to register early to secure an interview date with the U.S. Embassy.
Letter to Request a U.S. Visa
Upon filling out the registration form regarding obtaining a U.S. Visa and submitting your payment, you will be provided with a U.S. Visa Letter by email and a U.S Visa Kit. Upon registering, please allow 5 – 7 days to receive the U.S. Visa Request Letter. You do not have to contact us to request a U.S. Visa.
The U.S. Visa Letter will include information regarding your invitation to attend the 2020 LEAD North America Conference and your registration number for the Conference. It will also include personal information that you have provided on your registration form. Please enter the following information accurately when you register.
a) Your Full Name (as it appears in your passport) – FIRST NAME, SURNAME/FAMILY NAME/LAST NAME. b) Your Home Address (include Street, Postal Code and Country) c) Your Phone Number
The 2020 LEAD Board will only send ONE letter per delegate for securing a visa. The letter that you will receive is ONLY for attendance at the 2020 LEAD North America Conference from July 2-7, 2020 in Washington, DC, USA. You must be registered before June 1, 2020, to receive your invitation letter. Please note that we are unable to issue a 100% refund in the event your visa is denied after May 15, 2020 (last day for refunds). So, early registration is strongly encouraged!
If you wish to attend another conference or event in the United States, you must contact the sponsoring Rotary Club or Rotary District that is hosting that event to send you the U.S. visa invitation letter.
Requirements vary from country to country. You must contact the U.S. Embassy in your home country for further visa requirements.
The 2020 LEAD North America Board is not responsible any costs related to visa application, registration fees, transportation fares, and other costs associated with your travel to Washington, DC, USA.

In the event visa wait times in your country are too close to the Conference or after the Conference dates, we will not be able to issue you a U.S. visa letter.

The 2020 LEAD North America Board will not be able to contact the U.S. Embassy in your country on your behalf for any reason whatsoever. We are unable to advise you on which U.S. visa type you should apply for, and you are strongly encouraged to contact the U.S. Embassy in your home country for further assistance with your U.S. visa application.
NOTE: The U.S. Visa Letter from 2020 LEAD North America Board DOES NOT guarantee a U.S. visa. It is only a supporting document for you to take to the U.S. Embassy.
